I want a roommate to share a studio with me in Alexandria, Virginia.
I am looking for a young female roommate, someone who is either in college, recently graduated, or young professionals (18-35). The rent is 569 per month excluding utilities.
Separate keys will be provided. Parking fees are individual responsibilities.
No smoking, no drugs, no pet and no male guests in the room.
Mutual respect for properties in the room. No stealing or will be reported to police.
