The short list of terms are:
$1200 per month which includes (internet, gas, water, electric)
1 month's security deposit required
Automatic payments preferred
Leases offered: 1 year, 6 months, or month to month
$50 application fee (includes credit check, reference check and employment)
NO subletting or double occupancy
About the house:
3 level side by side in Alexandria
Top floor has 2 bedrooms and share a bathroom. (This is where you will be living)
Middle floor is a common area level with Kitchen, Living room and Dining room
Basement is where my room/bathroom is along with the laundry which everyone has access to.
Fenced in backyard with doggie dog access.
About me:
46 year old professional who works for Arlington County as an appraiser. I'm over the bar scene and enjoy DIY projects, the outdoors, and live music.
What I'm looking for:
Someone (Male or Female) clean, respectful and professional who pays on time like clockwork.
