Sunny large bedroom w/bath to rent w/ amenities

I’m looking for someone to rent the second bedroom in my condo.

I live in a gated condo community with lots of amenities and a patrol service. The bedroom to be rented is large (13 x 11) w/ a 6 ft wide closet, hardwood floors w/ an area rug, shared broadband internet, hall access to a full guest bathroom shower/tub combo, and a sliding door to large furnished balcony. The rental includes all utilities, large in-unit washer & dryer, one outdoor parking space and access to all amenities. Amenities include shuttles to/from Van Dorn Metro station, shuttles to shopping and excursions; indoor and outdoor pools; sauna; gym; store and cafe; daily activities; pickleball, tennis, and racquetball courts; any many other amenities.

As the landlord, I will live in the other bedroom in the unit during the occupancy period. The kitchen, living room, foyer and balcony are shared spaces. I’m disabled and require a clean, neat, quiet, non-stressful roommate. I require references from prior landlords and roommates. Any lease agreement is contingent upon the approval by my HOA, a credit and background check before we can finalize a lease agreement.

Move-in date may be earlier if I’m able to remove office items from the bedroom faster.
