I am a 32-year-old male looking to rent the basement of my three-bedroom townhouse. The house is less than five minutes from the 395 Seminary Rd exit. DC is less than a 15-minute drive and the Mark Center bus stop is a five-minute walk.
There is one other male housemate. The basement has a private half bath, however, the shower upstairs is shared with the other roommate. All utilities are included. Street parking is available. A hypoallergenic dog (cockapoo) lives in the house, however, no additional pets are allowed. Asking for a one lease but open to six months. I am only renting to individuals, not couples. The room is available June 1st, 2024.
