Cute Home, Private Living Space with Kitchenette

We are looking for a house mate to share our home in a beautiful green space, with an entire private area in the house while still being a part of a friendly household.
All utilities (water, electricity, internet, lawn maintenance and trash) are included in the rent of $1300 per month.

The home:
The indoor space is a very bright basement with windows facing the sun. It has a cozy cabin feel. The property comes with a comfortable sectional sofa, a coffee table, a smart TV, a bookshelf, an island with stools, a desk and a chair. The bedroom has a queen size bed with side tables, a chest of drawers with mirror, and a walk-in closet.

The tenant would have their own parking space with a private entrance. The rented space in the home is entirely furnished and private for your own use, this includes: a living room, kitchenette fully equipped (let us know if you need more equipment and we will try to accommodate), bathroom with shower, lots of storage compartments as well as an entire room for storage.

Shared spaces include: a large utility room with washer, dryer, folding table, and all equipment needed for ironing. A large garden complete with patio style furniture, such as outdoor dining, lounging chairs and a fire pit. We each have our own fridge as well as a second large shared fridge freezer which has a lot of free space.

There is the perfect opportunity if you grow your own vegetables. A wooden built-in raised bed is already provided to plant your own veggies and a shared shed to store equipment.

About us:
Upstairs tenants are an AFAB LGBT couple with two dogs, friendly professionals, who are clean and organized and value communication. One is a creative, green thumb, who works with children and loves a chat. The other is a handy, fitness enthusiast, nerd, who loves rugby games. They both would like someone who enjoys to hang out or chat occasionally but also respects personal space.

Two very cute and very big puppies share the garden during the day. They are hypoallergenic, a bit shy at first but they quickly warm up and do love cuddles. They already know to sit and listen when we call them, when they are overexcited it can sometimes take a few calls as they are only 5 months old.

We watch tv (the occasional rugby game), play video games, or play board games in the upstairs living room which we are happy for others to join! You may find one or both of us working on projects/tending the vegetable garden/reading on our time off.

The Area:
There are some great spots nearby, it’s a 10 minute drive from cycling routes, hiking routes and water/ swimming activities at mint springs and other lakes/reservoirs. It’s a 6 minute walk from many amenities such as a grocery store, a large library, cafes, restaurants, bars, hardware stores, art supplies, multiple smaller gyms and a yoga studio. There are more amenities over 7 minutes drive such as Harris Teeter supermarket, a larger gym, restaurants, and more.
