Available July st but could be ready before then. We are flexible! Monthly rent includes utilities. Furniture is not included. Shared kitchen and laundry. The home has offstreet parking and plenty of street parking for guests.

We are single, working professionals with two sweet little doggos, and we're looking for a good roommate fit. Female preferred. Please apply if you are also single, respectful, tidy, and responsible. Small, wellbehaved doggies are welcome as we have a fully fenced yard with a doggy door!
