Looking for a roomie to join my roommates & me. It’s a cozy 4 bed 2 bath 2 living room house with a shared kitchen. The home is in Ogden near Weber state, walking distance to multiple trailheads, walking distance to OGX bus and close to downtown as well. Super safe neighborhood. The lease is from 9-1-26 to 8-31-27. Rent is $550 and utilities run from $70-$90 each depending on the time of year.

We’d prefer someone between the ages of 25-35(we are in our early 30’s), someone clean/kind, must have consistent income, non-LDS (queer friendly) & who loves the outdoors. We all get along very well, enjoy going to music bingo/trivia, playing pool, going for hikes/bike rides and love hitting the farmers market. We do have one cat in the home who is super sweet. Additional pets not preferred, but open to discussing.
