Male college roommate needed for a nice house on the upper East Bench in Ogden. 1-1/2 miles from Weber State. Near trails, golf course, tennis courts and pickleball. High efficiency gas furnace and central A/C. Month to month contract.

House is fully furnished except your bedroom. All kitchen appliances plus washroom with washer and dryer are provided for your use. Rent is $440, plus share gas, electric, and Internet. (Landlord pays all utilities then bills you for gas, electric, and Internet, so you don't have to arrange for the utilities yourself.) Your deposit is $400 which is refundable. The large, attractive yard is taken care of for you for free. There is lots of closet space and room. The property is well maintained with a new driveway and roof and new triple pane windows!

This is a LARGE basement room that INCLUDES GARAGE USE WITH REMOTE!!

UTA 625 bus runs direct to WSU and to Ogden/Weber ATC mornings and evenings, catch it right next to the house. UTA Harrison buses run every 10 minutes to WSU and elsewhere, catch them 4 blocks (1/4 mile) from the house.
