Seeking LDS Roommate

I am searching for an LDS roommate for the Mountain View Apartments in Hurricane, UT. Brand new apartment. Ground floor. 3 bedroom. I work for Interstate, so I get a 5% discount on rent and no deposit is required.

To make things fair, I would like to take the master bath and one of the bedrooms and my roommate to have one of the bedrooms and the living room to himself. I work next door to the apartment, so I would give the covered parking to my roommate.

Internet and water are included. Sewer is like $20 a month, and electricity averages around $100. We can negotiate over that. The apartment is on the east side, so afternoons and evenings the sun doesn't hit this unit.

I'm allergic to pretty much anything with fur, but I'd be cool with a reptile or bird or some kind of small pet.

I'm in my 40's. Divorced. Not dating. I pretty much stick to myself. I'm a writer in my spare time, and my family all live close by, so for the most part I would be gone from the apartment.

I prefer to have an LDS or a faithful Christian roommate. I have nothing against anyone, and I'm easy to get along with, but I've lived with a few felons and some unstable roommates in the past and prefer to live with someone who is mature.

I would like someone to cosign on the lease with me so there aren't any issues with rent being paid on time or anything.

I would like to move in by the end of July. I don't know how much longer these 3 bedroom apartments will be available.
