It would be great to find someone easygoing who enjoys occasional conversation, maybe cooking together once in a while, or simply sharing a comfortable living environment while still respecting privacy and personal space.

Ideal for someone working from home: designer, programmer, 3D artist, remote worker, etc. Server infrastructure for coworking / projects already exists.

Pets are welcome (+$50/month per contract).

The brass thing in the kitchen is an italian espresso machine - happy to show you how to make a really good coffee with it!

Another big advantage: You would simply be added to the existing lease, which runs until September. After that, the lease switches to month-to-month, so cancellation is possible with one month notice.
