Room includes: bed, desk, chair, sink, 4 drawers for clothes. Very lenient rules for decoration. Emotional support animals allowed. There is an excess of parking so I've never had to worry about finding a spot.

Shared kitchen, large TV in living room, lots of shelving, pool and hot tub right outside, roommates are very nice, large balcony.

Location is very convienent. 5 minute drive from almost everything in both Provo and Orem. There's a couple of bus stops right next to the apartments. 30ish minute walk to BYU.

In my experience: Very nice place to live. I haven't had any problems honestly. Only left because I missed my siblings at home. Highly reccomend!
