I live separately on the upper level of the home. you would share the basement with the other tenant . Your Bedroom would be 200 sq. ft. with a 6'x10' walk in closet, which has shelves[5] and drawers [5lg.4sm] in it. night stand desk/table . all you need is a bed .[if needed can be discussed] . Shared kitchen, furnished living room & TV, laundry, bathroom with separate double sinks/cabinets area from enclosed toilet, shower/tub area. ALL Utilities Included ! [water/sewage, trash, Electric/AC, gas, wi-fi ]. large back yard where you can plant a garden, grill etc.[ table/chairs and swing present] front of house parking. exercise equipment on premises, schedule to be discussed. 2 blocks to pickle ball courts and park. 3 blocks to Orem park & Library etc.. 3 blocks to State St. where there are stores, bus lines, markets, fast food and restaurants. 4 blocks to grocery shopping centers and lg. Target. lots to do in area mall, theaters/plays, mountains. all a short drive away. UVU and BYU universities 3 to 5 miles away. short drive to I- 15 highway access. this is a nice area with friendly neighbors . other female tenant nice, honest, easy to get along with and works.
