Located between Timpanogos Highway and I, with quick access to Silicon Slopes, Adobe, Microsoft, Thanksgiving Point, Traverse Mountain, and nearby parks. One underrated perk is how close the townhouse is to the Lehi Rail Trail and connected Murdock trail system, with miles of paved walking, running, and biking trails just several yards away!

The available room is upstairs and shares a bathroom with one other roommate. Common areas are fully furnished, kitchen essentials are included, and there’s plenty of storage space. The home also includes central air, fireplace, two refrigerators, designated driveway parking, HOA poolgym access, and reliable highspeed internet.
