Private Room Available in Shared Apartment

Private room available in a newer 3-bedroom apartment (2nd floor) in a clean, quiet complex. The apartment has an open-concept kitchen and living area with modern finishes and appliances, so it feels bright and open instead of cramped.

The available room has good natural light, a closet, and you’ll be sharing a bathroom with one other roommate.

The shared living spaces are currently unfurnished as we’re in the process of setting everything up. We’ll be furnishing and decorating soon with a cozy, modern style—definitely not super plain.

You’ll be living with a couple (two women), one additional roommate (short-term, about 6 months), plus a dog and a cat. We’re pretty laid-back, respectful, and like to keep things clean, but we’re also friendly and not awkwardly silent strangers. It’s more of a relaxed, homey vibe than a party house.

Located in a newer, growing area in Lehi/Saratoga Springs with easy access to I-15. Close to shopping, restaurants, and parks, so you won’t feel stuck in the middle of nowhere.
