This room is in the basement and it does have a full bed in the room ready. Utilities, wifi, parking are included. Laundry room is in the house and ready for use. Great area just above the mall and close to the grocery store. There is medium American Staffordshire terrier mix and a husky mix in the house. They both do well with cats. Small to medium pets are welcomed. There would be an additional $50 per fee on moving in but that's it so rent would still be $850. Kitchen and living room are for everyone. Please feel free to use the pots, pans, plates, and other things you find in the kitchen. Food is free for all unless it has your name on it. Sharpies and sticky notes are on the counter ready for this reason. I do own a fire arm and we have security cameras on both the floors in the common rooms. Contact me for anymore questions.
