Hello!

I'm offering two rooms for rent in my lovely condo located in West Valley City. Both rooms will be available on November 1st.

This is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo situated in the heart of West Valley City, in a family-friendly, working-class neighborhood with low crime rates. The location is incredibly convenient close to I-215 and I-15, downtown Salt Lake City, multiple grocery stores, gyms, and less than a mile from Valley Fair Mall.

Over the past couple of years, I've spent good money fixing the place up, and I've been told it's very nice for its price range. The bathroom you would be sharing was completely rebuilt less than a year ago.

I'm looking for a couple of good-quality renters and would prefer long-term rental situations, though I'm open-minded depending on the fit.
