Excellent views of valley and mountains, with beautiful sunrises. $, is a larger room (beige carpet). $ deposit (fully refundable), or month lease. Lease starts September st, but you can move in anytime before. Both rooms up steps to upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen and living room on main level. Close to restaurants, shopping, groceries, and entertainment. This is a very peaceful and quiet place in the middle of the city. All the comforts of a city without all the noise. Being down a private lane also means no traffic or crime.

Rules Include: No smoking in the house or your room, only outdoors, on porch (seating provided), or lawn swing. No dogs. Single occupancy per room only. No overnight visitors without prior permission granted.

Other Information: House has bedrooms up, down. Downstairs has separate facilities, but the laundry for both is downstairs. I also offer all tenants free oil changes and fluid checks of their vehicle.
