The house has a new AC unit and furnace. We’re in a nice home on over a third of an acre, right by the border of South Jordan and West Jordan. The house is a large rambler with full bathrooms, a huge kitchen, and plenty of room for storage. We live in a great neighborhood in a central location, just a few minutes from I, Bangerter Highway, Jordan Landing, and SLCC Campuses. I can only accommodate one person with one vehicle. I do not allow pets, and there will be no smoking, drinking, or illegal activity of any kind allowed. $ refundable deposit required.
