Hi! I am looking for a quiet, conservative female. The condo is newly remodeled with new furniture and appliances. There are beautiful mountain views from the bedroom, living room, and dining room. There is a shared green space in the back yard. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. It is a safe neighborhood near shopping and restaurants. I will be primarily living in another state from July to mid October on a yearly basis. When I am living at the condo, I am away from home at work Monday through Wednesday. I spend my days off visiting with family. I go out most nights to social events. I live Christian standards, and I would like a roommate who also prefers the same standards. No pets are allowed as I have allergies. No smoking or drinking is allowed. The contract is for one resident only. No overnight guests are allowed.
