One bedroom available in our charming 100 year old blue cottage in Historic Sandy.

Walking distance to Trax, great neighbors, big flower and vegetable garden, nearby city park around the corner, Indian food store in walking distance, easy access to freeway exit

****IMPORTANT:
I have a disability called "Multiple Chemical Sensitivity", which means I am very sensitive to common cleaning chemicals and I am especially sensitive to synthetic fragrances (natural fragrance is usually fine).

So if you want to live here you must agree to not bring any products with synthetic fragrance into the house or use any non-approved cleaning products.

It's not that hard, just buy fragrance free cleaning products (which are readily available), and all personal hygiene products either get them fragrance free or use a products with natural fragrance, there's countless brands to choose from.

Candidate must have proof of income and be making at least $1650 a month.

This is not a sub-lease. All 3 tenants must sign name to the lease and be approved by the leasing office.

Lease goes until end of September, but if you need the room for a shorter period I'm open to talking about it.

Utilities are roughly around $70 a month but it fluctuates.

Me (40 yr old) and my roommate (30 yr old) are working professionals and have lived together for 2 years. I've lived here for 4 years and have absolutely loved it.

I'm vegan and my roommate is vegetarian. We both love to cook and kitchen is well-used but we keep it tidy.

I'm a horticulturist by degree and by trade, so every Spring I plant a huge annual flower garden in the front. It's stunning, if I do say so myself, and this year it's going to be bigger than ever. I'll also be planting a big veggie garden in the back as well, which all the roommates are welcome to partake in.
