I am looking for a few roommates to live with at my home in Sandy, Utah. Everything from top to bottom has been remodeled this year! I have multiple rooms available for rent and rooms can be furnished for a fee or bring your own. Close to local ski areas, I-15, Fort Union shopping/dining & Alta View Hospital.

-Master $1050 - 120 sf, ensuite bathroom, 2 closets
-Upstairs Bed $850 - 100 sf, shared double vanity bathroom
-Downstairs Bed 1 $850 - 100 sf, shared bathroom
-Downstairs Bed 2 $865 - 120 sf, shared bathroom
-Entire Basement $1500 - 1100 sf, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, separate fridge and chest freezer (one person only)

All Utilities included in rent (water, sewer, electric, trash, gas, internet, lawn/yard maintenance)

Small pets considered

1 month security deposit. 6-12 month terms
