Room Near U of U and Downtown

Hey guys!

I'm moving states and looking for someone to takeover my lease November st (Can be later or earlier). It is a room in a bedroom bathroom apartment at E S Salt Lake City, UT and the lease ends in June but is renewable. Rent is $ per month and there is about $in utilities. The apartment is two other guys and the two other units are guys as well (All are U of U students). Unfortunately the unit is not furnished as nicely as it is in these photos, but just let me know and you can come tour! There's a bus stop right in front of the house that takes you up to the U, but if you drive it's about minutes and the walk is about minutes. The room is small but there is a crazy amount of storage and a huge walkwaycloset you walk through to get to the room with storage that would be all yours!

No pets, the lease ends June th but can end earlier.
