Hey guys!

I’m moving states and looking for someone to takeover my lease November 1st. It is a room in a 3 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment at 1004 E 200 S Salt Lake City, UT and the lease ends in June but is renewable. Rent is $825 per month and there is about $80 in utilities. The apartment is two other guys and the two other units are guys as well (All are U of U students). Unfortunately the unit is not furnished as nicely as it is in these photos, but just let me know and you can come tour! There’s a bus stop right in front of the house that takes you up to the U, but if you drive it’s about 2 minutes and the walk is about 10 minutes. The room is small but there is a crazy amount of storage and a huge walkway/closet you walk through to get to the room with storage that would be all yours!
