Looking for Roomates to Rent a House Together

Looking for Housemates (35 +, male or female) – Relaxed, Relational, and Respectful.

We are two middle-aged professional, financially stable males, one straight, one gay, looking for 1-2 house mates (male or female) to share a comfortable, welcoming 3-4 bedroom home in Salt Lake City proper.

We are looking for people who are mature, responsible, and stable working professionals. We would like to meet and find 1-2-people who are compatible before finding a rental house together. We do not yet have a house. We are looking to meet and interview people in person for compatibility.

What we are looking for in a rental house:
Clean, comfortable shared rental house.
Yard with garden space.
Dog-friendly
Non-smoking household (no cigarettes, vaping, or drugs)
Relaxed, respectful atmosphere

About you:
35 years or older
Male or Female
Responsible, communicative, and considerate
Liberal, progressive, and open-minded
Employed full-time, and financially stable/established.
Appreciates a relational, calm, interactive living space (not a party house)
