$775 (util. included) Capitol Hill room

Looking for another chill guy to share my Capitol Hill apartment starting August 1.

Rent is $775/month and includes everything: utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, laundry, and parking.

The apartment has awesome views, a relaxed vibe, and a great location. You’ll be living with me and my dog, Bear-Lee. He’s friendly with everyone and will probably decide you’re his roommate before I do.

I’m looking for someone who’s easygoing and actually wants to live with another person, not just rent a room and disappear. Someone that has some social skills, maybe wants to go out and do something together sometimes.

The bedroom is private, and the kitchen and bathroom are shared. I’m not looking for someone who's a clean freak, but I do expect basic roommate stuff: clean up after yourself, don’t let dishes pile up, and help keep the place in good shape. We’ll figure out the bigger cleaning stuff together.
