Looking for a roommate to share a beautifully updated condo built in 2018 at Salt Lake City. This fun, walkable location right above some of SLC’s best bars, breweries, and restaurants is perfect if you love being in the middle of the action.

The space:
Modern building (built 2018) with tons of natural light
Private bedroom with your own private bathroom, $1,350/month
Shared balcony overlooking the bars and restaurant scene below
One designated parking spot. My current intention is to keep this for myself, but I'm open to negotiating depending on the right fit, since parking in the area can be tight

About me: I'm 30, a chiropractor who runs my own practice, extroverted, clean, and socially active. Outside of work I love playing softball, snowboarding, and being out and about. Happy to explore the neighborhood's bar and restaurant scene together too. I have a resident cat, so I'm hoping for a roommate who either doesn't have pets or has just a kitten.

Looking for: Someone respectful, clean, and easygoing who values a tidy shared space as much as I do. Open to any gender, just looking for the right fit personality-wise. Ideally I would love to find someone that I really get along with, because doesn't that just seem more fun for everyone?!

Ideal for someone who:
Loves nightlife/downtown energy (or doesn't mind it right outside the window)
Keeps common areas clean and tidy
Is friendly and easy to communicate with
Is cat-friendly (or has a small kitten of their own)
