About me: I have small bedroom available for rent right now. There is street parking, driveway, and garage parking available. Looking for someone willing to sign at least a month lease (Flexible depending on context and need).

Restaurants (Boba, Sushi, hotpot, vegan, Fast food) is less than a minute walk away from the house. Downtown Salt Lake city is about a minute walk (miles) away, but you can UberLyft there for cheap since it is nearby. The Delta Stadium is also mile away, on the same street this house is located at. The University of Utah is about a min drive. Buses are available.

I work and am studying at the U Masters program.

The first and second roommates are college graduates and are working.

The third roommate also graduated this year and works as musician and vocal coach.

We are all in our twenties, and looking for someone who is similar in age. We are looking for someone who is tidy, somewhat sociable, and clean.
