Giant room in funspaciousoutdoorsy house

Hi! We have a huge room (~ sqft), with a big closet, two big windows, and a shared bathroom available in our fun, coed house. The house is amazing, and everyone is committed to making it a great place to live. Sorry, no furry pets allowed per the lease with our landlord. The location is excellent convenient to both mountains and sugarhousedowntown. The room is on the nd floor and is very large would be great for work from home, and gets great morning light yearround. It shares a bathroom with two other housemates (currently one girl, one guy). The house is giant. It's ~ sqft, beds .baths, a huge backyard, one dedicated offstreet parking spot for you, and large kitchenliving areas. We have a large pantry room that has two extra fridges in it and extra shelving. With three fullsize fridges, each housemate shares a fullsize fridgefreezer with only one other housemate. Utilities are $extra, which includes the standard utilities plus toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry soap. We are a bunch of outdoorsy friends in our s and s, and we love hanging out and inviting our friends over for BBQs, board game nights, movie nights, and other fun social gatherings (definitely no ragers). We are all active and outdoorsy biking, skiing, climbing, backpacking, running, playing frisbee, etc., and we are all openminded and nonjudgmentalaccepting of other people's lifestyles. We are looking for a roommate (no couples in this room), but also someone we can be friends with. If you're the type who just wants to eat in your room and never see any of your housemates, then you are probably not going to be a good match. Of course, the standard things apply too employed and financially responsible, nodrama, no smoking inside the house, etc. There will be a month lease to start that autoconverts to monthtomonth after that.
