Hello! We are looking for somebody chill to rent our upstairs corner bedroom.

YOUR SPACE: The room is .ft x .ft, not furnished (empty), and you get your own bathroom across the hall.

COMMON AREAS: kitchendining, living, laundry, and large creekside yard with mature trees.

PARKING: There is plenty of onstreet parking as well as a dedicated spot in the driveway for your car specifically.

ROOMMATES (): There are a total of people you would be sharing the common areas with. My husband and I we live in the master bedroom. We like movies, tv, books, board games, and all things nerdy.

PETS () :We have two cats and are open to having a third cat in the house if properly introduced.

UTILITIES: All utilities (including highspeed wireless internet Google fiber) are INCLUDED at the $month rate.

LEASE DETAILS: We like to keep it month to month for flexibility of both the tenant and property manager. Most of our tenants have stayed for years.

We are getting the basement remodeled this summer the workers will be accessing the worksite though a separate entrance and will not impede on the interior common areas.

It takes less than minutes to drive to I or you can walk to the nearest bus stop in only *sec* (route goes straight to the University of Utah, perfect for students). The Brickyard Plaza shopping center (incl. Harmons, T.J. Maxx, Homegoods, Kohls etc.) as well as Millcreek Commons is a half mile away.
