Open invitation one ($)or two people ($) to share my sanctuary by renting a large (x), bright room with windows on three sides in a warm, eclectic, maximalist, antique br cottage full of character and charm. Available now..

Our yard features a peaceful koi pond, veggie garden, bbq, fire pit, and cutflower gardens perfect for escaping the stresses of life or winding down at dusk. Inside, is full of crafting, sewing, beading, painting and creative arts.

I'm a mellow, creative empty nester with biwife energy who values emotional safety, kindness, and positive vibes. We do have a territorial cat, so no additional pets, please.

The location is awesome. Located near Koi Piercing on the bus route, a short walk to th and th, Liberty Park and SugarHouse.

The home is friendly, hip, chill, and communityminded. I'm hoping for someone (or a couple) who matches the vibe—warm, grounded, collaborative—and wants to help the house feel like a home… not someone who disappears into their room like a vampire. Parties and overnight guests are welcome; but revolvingdoor visitors aren't the vibe.

Movein ready. Available now. we can do a trial for a couple months then sign a long term lease if we click.

No application fee. Come see the place and If we are comfortable with each other, I'll need proof of income (apx x rent), personal and past landlord references, And I'll then pay for a background check.
