The house has recently been renovated so it has a classy, modern feel and lots of custom woodwork. Currently myself (Levi Call) and Josh Ruchty are living here and we’re looking for a 3rd person. Neither of us are very active on social media. We are modern-minded, non-religious, LGBTQ+ friendly, and we're into climbing, acrobatics, mtn biking, and paragliding. We both love to build things and we host craft nights regularly. We'd love to find someone over 25 who is employed or a student, and would fit well with the current vibe.

The room is 11.5’x15’, and is sound insulated from the rest of the house since it’s an addition. The bathroom is shared with Josh. The kitchen is spacious and we keep all public areas very clean. The back porch, front yard, and porch all have space to soak up the sun and relax.
