Community Living & Wellbeing: The home promotes a supportive, community-oriented environment, especially during challenging times. Regular meetings (monthly) are held to keep everyone connected. We also enjoy movies, dinners, outings and book club events together.

House Atmosphere: Emphasis on creating a peaceful, kind, and accountable atmosphere with a focus on aesthetic beauty and good communication. We have a cleaning structure and expectations but are also not "neat freaks" we strive for a balance between tidiness and giving grace for each other's humanness. We have a no passive aggressive cleaning rule, which goes like this 'if it bothers you, say something if it doesn't bother you enough to say something let it go'.

Roommate Expectations: Looking for individuals who are socially conscious, self-reflective, honest, and open. LGBTQ+ friendly, open to all backgrounds. Friendly, easygoing/laid back, engaged in life, value community and being outside, open to building relationships and friendships, and looking for a good fit.

Current Household: The house is shared with diverse individuals: Kailey (Environmental Science student), Eliana adult working in community engagement and planning and myself; Amber (the homeowner) who is a wellness coach and nurse.

Room Availability: Large, unfurnished room is available for $770/month + $95 utilities fee, which include essential services like water, gas, sewage, electricity, Wi-Fi and access to streaming services (HBO, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Prime).

Home Features: Shared bathrooms (3 roommates share upstairs). Laundry, ample kitchen space, gardening, outdoor areas, fire pit; pool and bbq (summer only). Chickens-fresh eggs, and 3 dogs (accepting caged animals only-ie hamsters/fish/lizards etc).

Location: Conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and transport options near the 9th&9th area. Excellent access to public transportation, and a secure backyard with bike parking/storage. Street parking only.

Lease Terms: Background check, credit check, and references are required. A $500 deposit. Looking for the right person/good fit. Renewable lease available through May 31st.
