Looking for a Roomate!

Hey everyone! My name is Luis. Lukas and I are looking to fill one room in our Liberty Wells house starting in November/December.

- Rent: $795/month + utilities
- Main floor room available
- Laundry, kitchen, storage, backyard
- Walking distance to Liberty Park

The house is a 3 bed, 2 bath, so it would be a total of three of us. There’s also plenty of storage plus a shed in the backyard. It’s in an awesome location, within walking distance from Liberty Park, 10 minutes from downtown and the U, and close to several grocery stores/restaurants. It has a nice living room, basement, kitchen, and laundry room, and a highlight is the beautiful backyard. There are two rooms on the main floor and one in the basement, you would be taking the other main floor room.

Rent is $795/month plus utilities. The house is managed by Rize Property Management. There is also a lease initiation fee, & we can discuss more.

A little bit about us:
We’re both 25, very social and outgoing guys (if you don’t want people over at your house, we’re not the roommates for you). We’re clean and pretty organized, and looking for the same. We both love concerts, anything outdoorsy, hiking, biking, walking, concerts, grabbing drinks, volleyball, pickleball, video games, board games, etc. and love to meet new people. Lukas is from Virginia and moved to Utah to start his career as an engineer (travels/remote) and Luis is a local who graduated last August and works in real estate development (mostly in-office).

22-29 (although we’re flexible), clean, friendly and at least somewhat outgoing. Open to men or women. You don’t have to be our best friend but we’d love someone who we’re at least friendly with!
