Great spot right above Caputo's downtown, (bedroom bath) second balcony facing the park (see photos). Looking for roommate to fill spare bedroom. Unit has an east facing window, its own air conditioning mini split to keep the room cool, closet, shelves, and has been recently painted. There is also a queen size bed available to use. The bathroom is an ‘ADA accessible' space and is a combined toiletshower with the sink outside, which works out well for two people getting ready in the mornings. The farmers market at pioneer park is every Saturday which is right down stairs. And there is provided parking available, as I bike commute and do not use the spot. Great location!
