Roommate needed in northern SLC, $870 rent

Have a roommate moving out and need to replace them! I live close to downtown around 600 W 400 N. North Temple trax station is about an 18 min walk. Rent is about $870, room includes a closet and is about 11ft x 11ft and has a single west facing window. Parking spot in driveway if needed. Full security system in place. Kitchen is already fully stocked but you can bring your own stuff if you want. Full access to the TV in the living room if you want with netflix. Shared bathroom with bathtub/shower combo. My house is a sort of of townhouse condo end unit, 2 floors. The 3 bedrooms are all on the second floor, kitchen first floor. I have 3 cats and foster a fourth cat usually or kittens, so no dogs ideally but maybe one cat can be introduced. You can do whatever you want to the bedroom since I own the house, just keep it clean. Move in available as soon as June 4th.
