The kitchen opens up into the dining room and living room with a fireplace. There is a separate entrance for the unit, and there is a big laundry room and mud room.

I (Adam - owner) live in the upstairs with my girlfriend. I'm 31, am a young professional (entrepreneur) and love spending time in the outdoors doing everything from rock climbing to mountain biking.

The house is located in East Millcreek, 5 minutes from the mouth of Millcreek Canyon, 10 min to Big Cottonwood Canyon, 15 min to the Salt Lake Airport, 10 min to downtown, 25 min to Snowbird.
