Welcome home to you and your four legged friend

Centrally located in Salt Lake City. Renting out either of the rooms in my home. Smallest room is 800, second largest is 1000, largest room is 1200 per month. All utilities are included. You can rent one room, multiple rooms, or all the rooms. I am the owner of the house and will be living on the premises. The largest room is on the main level. Two of the bedrooms are in the basement as well as a small separate living room/den, so you will have plenty of space to yourself. Appliances include microwave, fridge, stove, washer, dryer, WIFI, and two tv’s. Pets are welcomed but will require additional pet deposit. If you have a cat I will require he/she to stay in your bedroom while you are not home. I love cats but am super allergic to them so I can’t have them roaming the home freely and getting on shared furniture. Proof of at least two rentals in your rental history with contact information of landlords so that I may contact them for referal. Will need proof of income stream with debt to income ration showing you can make monthly rent. If you don’t have income but can pay our contracted rental time ahead no income required.
