Private Room in Quiet Riverton Home

Looking for a chill, clean, and self-sufficient roommate for a private room in a furnished townhome located in Riverton, Utah. Rent is $950/month including all utilities and WiFi. The room has a shared bathroom with one other person, and the house is fully furnished besides the bedroom, so you would just need to bring your own bed/setup.

The house vibe is very laid back, clean, and focused. We’re both 20 years old — I work remote and spend a lot of time working and in the gym, and my roommate works in medical sales and travels out of state often. We’re social and enjoy having fun, but this definitely isn’t a party house. We like keeping the place clean, low-stress, and comfortable for everyone.

Amenities include WiFi, washer/dryer, garage space, and parking. The location is super convenient with Bangerter Highway right outside the area, making commuting quick and easy. The neighborhood is quiet, has chill neighbors, and the area is growing fast with a lot nearby.

We’re preferably looking for another male roommate around our age, but open to either if it’s a good fit. Must be clean, respectful, and able to take care of yourself. No heavy partying, no pets, and no messy living habits.

Move-in is available ASAP, and we’re looking for at least a 3-month commitment, but we’re also open to adjustments depending on the right fit.
