We are in a prime location.
15 minutes from downtown SLC, Parleys Canyon, BCC, and the Airport.
Right off of I-15 in a safe neighborhood.
Conveniently next to Smiths, Costco, Winco, Walmart, Public Library, Trax Station, many restaurants.

Details:

• Rent: $825/month plus utilities(Avg $75 a month)

• Yearly lease. You would join our lease which ends 05/31/26 at which point we all plan on renewing.

• Private bedroom, 125Sqft, upstairs, fan/window, closet.

• Shared bathroom with one other person

• No pets (we already have 2 dogs and 1 cat in the home)

• Fenced-in backyard with grill and gazebo

• Washer & dryer

• Dedicated parking spot in the driveway

We’re a house of guys in our 20s looking for someone around a similar age who’s clean, respectful, and pays rent on time. Laid-back environment — just looking for someone easy to live with and drama-free.
