Two bed, 2 bath condominium in Murray. You'd have your own private suite with walk-in closet. Clubhouse and pool (open by Memorial Day, if not sooner). Well groomed mature landscaping. All utilities included. Balcony is beautiful. You're going to love this place! It's fully furnished and its colorful and bright . The bed and the mattress in the room I'm renting are both brand spanking new and everything is in really good shape. Youll have a TV, Xfinity internet & programming, Peacock, Netflix, Prime and more. My building is the last one at the end of a dead end street, and we share a fence with a cemetery. It's very peaceful here! It's a mile and a half to Wheeler Farm. It's also a mile and a half to Murray Park. You can see the fireworks from our balcony on the 4th of July. BTW there's also a mini fridge in your room. I'm not just looking for a roommate. I'm looking for someone to share the space with and who will love it as much as I do. I do like it kept clean and that's important to me, but other than that I'm very friendly and easy going. Freeway access is great and everything you need is just minutes away. It's about a 15 minute drive to the mouth of the canyons and about a 15 minute drive to the heart of the city. Very centrally located. 420 friendly. Trust me, you're gonna love this space! Can't wait to meet you!
