$800/Private Room or $1250/2 Bed 1 Bath in Hollady

One of our roommates is moving out at the end of August so we're playing musical chairs.

Two options:
*2 bed 1 bath downstairs with shared living spaces upstairs for $1250/month.
*1 private room with shared bath on the main floor/upstairs for $800/month.

Utilities are split between 3 tenants and usually range about $100 per person per month. Lovely updated townhouse in a quiet cul-de-sac within 5 minutes or less walking distance from a grocery store, urgent care, fast food, plus a 6 minute drive to two different freeway entrances plus all the amenities afforded by Millcreek and Holladay (e. g. libraries, community centers, shopping). Great area.

The two of us that plan on staying are often at work, so it's a very chill place to sleep and relax, great for working professionals. There are also a few gardening boxes in the backyard that haven't been touched but are at the ready for planting if that's up your alley. Lots of storage space in the garage as well, for all your gear. I currently park in the garage but there's a good amount of driveway for your vehicle (or we can work something out).

Other boons:
*Localized landlord and responsive property manager
*I pay for lawn care and weed control on a monthly basis
*Washer and dryer in unit
*Google Fiber internet
*The two of us currently residing are quite clean and rarely leave messes anywhere; will take care of most of the tidying up
*Room for your furniture since neither of us have much
*Updated kitchen appliances and lots of pantry space

Easy application through the property manager, mostly a background and credit check. Recently moved to TurboTenant, so likely will be running the application through them.

No pets, please. (Snakes and fish okay.)

Overall, rent will be either 1250 or 800 a month plus around $100 in utilities (unless otherwise notified). One month's security deposit and first month's rent upon move in.
