I'm looking for a roommate to share an awesome 2 bed / 2 bath + office house in Holladay starting in August (flexible). Male or female, no preference. Open to discussing a couple as well.

Master bedroom + private bathroom
Around $1,500/month (includes all utilities + Wi-Fi)

The house:
• Quiet, beautiful neighborhood
• Walk to Harmons, coffee shops, restaurants, OrangeTheory, and more
• Garage + shed for storage
• Shared backyard and laundry room (shared with basement unit)
• I'll have the common areas furnished, and I'm hoping to upgrade the living room couch!

A little about me: I'm a 31-year-old RN who works nights/weekends. When I'm not working, I'm usually mountain biking, dirt biking, snowboarding, hiking, camping, traveling, or doing something outside. I love to cook, keep shared spaces clean, and I'm looking for someone who's easygoing, respectful, communicative, and wants the house to actually feel like home.
I also have a super friendly cat, Mowgli, so you'll have to be okay with cats! 🐈 Open to discussing other pets, too.
