I require my tenants to have a consistent job and a stable quality of life in order to rent from me. I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy, professional, drugfree, and trustable.

I like to think of my house as a 'stepping stone' place to rent for my tenants, of whom have been grad students, interns, return LDS missionaries, military personnel, new college grads, and new hire tech workers. I have several contacts for references of both current and previous tenants, if requested.
