Loft room available

I have a room available upstairs that is a loft style ceiling. It is bigger than it looks at 10 x 18 ft. I also live here with my two dogs who are both well behaved. Odin is a Siberian husky and Moki is a pitbull. Moki is aggressive around other dogs but he is great with most people and children. The washer and dryer is shared, along with the meeting kitchen. There's a bathroom shower that will only be used by the tenant. The location has really easy access to I-215 only 2 minutes to the south bound entrance. West valley shopping center is under 5 minutes away. Big cottonwood canyon is only 20 minutes away. Usana aampatheater is only 10 mins away.
