Looking for a working professional male roommate preferably age or older (with some experience living on their own.) Must be clean, respectful, responsible, and LGBTQ friendly.

Private room and private bathroom available in my bed bath townhome in east Bluffdale. Bedroom is roughly ' x ’. In the attached floor plan the room for rent is labeled ‘Bedroom ’. It's a "master bedroom" in that it has it's own bath only accessible via the bedroom but it's not the largestmaster in the house.

This endunit townhome has lots of natural light, rdfloor laundry, large living room, large great room, etc. The neighborhood includes walking trails and a large park with pickleball courts, skate park, and bike park.

Other details:
Utilities are an additional $month. Total rent + utilities = $month
Renter’s insurance is required.
Garage parking is available for an extra $month. Garage will accommodate most cars but not some larger vehicles (i.e. certain trucks or SUVs).
This is a sixmonth lease.
No other roommates (only people living here, including you.)

About me: I’m a single professional male and I often work from home. I use the third bedroom as my office.

Deposit Details: You can expect to receive most of your deposit back unless there is damage or additional cleaning needed when you move out. My last roommate cleaned and had no damage and received the full refundable portion of the deposit back.
