Female Basement Rooms for Rent in Bluffdale, UT! This home is a 2 minute drive from I-15 and is located centrally to SLC/Vineyard/Orem/Vineyard. The girls in this property have been amazing and 3 of them are leaving due to jobs and/or are getting married. We are looking for 3 other top quality girls to fill the private rooms between the ages of 21–35 (to keep the same age range as the other girls in the home consistent). We have kept the price of this room low to be extremely competitive within the market. We care more about getting great tenants to fill these rooms who are responsible and will take good care of the home than we do about making more money per room.

1 Basement Private Room:
Rent is $875 a month
Private Basement living space, Private Bathroom and Bedroom
This space is very popular and you would have the whole basement (both the basement living area, full bathroom with shower and private bedroom)
2 Private Upstairs Bedroom
Each Private Bedroom is $558 a month
Shared bathroom (total of three roomates share this bathroom)
Full Access to home (Laundry, Kitchen, Living/Main room, backyard, basement)

A few things to note:
We provide in unit washer and dryer
Utilities (Electric, Gas, Sewage, Garbage) are paid separate, but included as part of your monthly rent each month
Lawn care is provided for the home and is paid for the by the tenants from March–November (about $8/week per tenant)
Provide your own furniture (however many of the current tenants already have a lot of quality furniture in the home that could be shared)
Security Deposit is $900 and will be given back at the end of the lease term
Lease term is August 1, 2026–August 1, 2027
Pets (including ESA animals) are loved but not allowed at this time due to the allergies of roomates
