A Sanctuary Where You Can Rest

When we moved into our home in 2019, we named her Harmony. She is a space of Love and Healing. Since living here, all my daughters have grown into their adult lives, marriages, and live elsewhere. I'm looking for 1-2 female roommates who are quiet, clean, and live a fairly conservative lifestyle - no wild parties or wicked overnighters - to fill the emptiness they left behind. Also, I'd be open to a single mother with a couple kids occupying the space.

Our home is a 4-bedroom, 2-1/2 bath home that is 3,060 sq ft, 2100 of which is finished. The basement is unfinished and can be used as storage upon negotiation.

Based on what YOU would want to create for yourself here, you could have three of the four bedrooms all to yourself and your own full bathroom. Bedrooms are all upstairs along with laundry room. Currently, I am in the master suite upstairs and using one of the bedrooms for my office. The other two bedrooms are empty. If you wanted the three rooms to create your own sleeping space, living room, and office, we could figure that out - I’d move my office out of the third bedroom. Or if you only wanted one bedroom, we’d figure that out. Whatever matches your budget/desire.

We’d share the kitchen, dining area, and living room on the main floor (unless you created your own living room upstairs). You’d have your own fridge/freezer in the kitchen. (I have one in the garage.)

The rates listed include room, utilities, and internet access. The room that is listed as furnished could also be unfurnished.

Parking would be on the street but it’s usually just a hop, skip, and jump from the front door because we’re right on the corner.
