A peaceful, private room in a calm home for a woman seeking stability, respect, and quiet. This room is unfurnished, but can be furnished, in our Bluffdale home, about 5 minutes from the I-15 corridor.

Rent is $650/month (for a lease through June 30, 2027 – shorter leases available for additional monthly fee.) and includes room, furnishings, utilities, and internet access. Deposit is $800 and is fully refundable minus $100 admin fee as long as space is left as good as or better than you found it. The room is listed as unfurnished but could also be furnished for $50/month additional rent. If a couple is going to rent the room, the deposit and the rent will be increased by half again to cover the second person's presence.

We all share the kitchen, dining area, reading nook, and living room on the main floor. You’d have your own shelves in the fridge/freezer, as well as pantry shelves in the kitchen. You're welcome to use our dishes, pots, and pans. You also can use the laundry room, just bring your own supplies.

Parking is on the street but it’s usually just a hop, skip, and jump from the front door because we’re right on the corner.

We have a happy, loving Dalmatian who is territorial, so we are not receiving other pets or ESAs.
