If you're looking for a space that is calm, pleasant, and a respite from the noise of the world, you've found Home.

When we moved into our home in 2019, we named her Harmony and we dedicated her to being a space of Love, Healing, and Community. Since living here, all my daughters have grown into their adult lives, marriages, and live elsewhere. I'm looking for female roommates who are quiet, clean, and live a fairly conservative lifestyle - no wild parties, aggressive behavior, or an ongoing stream of serial overnighters.

Harmony is a 4-bedroom, 2-1/2 bath home that is 3,060 sq ft, 2100 of which is finished. Bedrooms are all upstairs along with laundry room and one full bathroom in the hall that you'll share with another tenant. At this time, it is possible that two rooms could be rented to you, if that matches your needs better - both could be furnished or unfurnished. I am in the master suite upstairs and using one of the bedrooms for my office.

We all share the kitchen, dining area, and living room on the main floor. You’d have your own shelves in the fridge/freezer, as well as pantry shelves in the kitchen. You're welcome to use our dishes, pots, and pans.

The rate listed includes room, utilities, and internet access. The room is listed as furnished but could also be unfurnished for a $50 reduction in rent. If a couple is going to rent the room, the deposit and the rent will be increased by half again to cover the second person's presence. All deposits are fully refundable minus a $100 admin fee based on leaving the space as good as or better than you found it.

Parking would be on the street but it’s usually just a hop, skip, and jump from the front door because we’re right on the corner.
