The room is next to a shared bath with my stepson who is 22 years old. He is rarely home. His work hours are 10a -9:30p M-TH, F until 7p, & Sat until 9p. Jacob usually hangs out with his friends or visits his mother in Salt Lake on his day off (Sun) or sleeps in his room because he is so tired.
The room is upstairs/unfurnished, but we do have an extra memory foam twin bed with new pillows and bedding, if needed. The room also includes a nice walk-in closet. The main family room and kitchen are downstairs. The laundry room is upstairs with a home theater room in the loft. This is a great buy and has everything you need!
