Located about an 8 minute drive to USU Logan Campus. Looking for a roommate for an unfurnished guest bedroom in a two-bedroom townhome. There is a bathroom next to the room and access to a washer and dryer (no charge). The complex has a 24-hour fitness center, seasonal pool, and year-round hot tub. Parking is free in uncovered spots or $125 a month for a covered spot. Sits along the Route 11 bus line. There is one roommate in the master bedroom who is the main tenant. They are faculty at USU and keep a pretty regular 8-5 schedule. Free to use living room, kitchen, and other shared spaces. The only move-in costs are a $40 application fee and $300 to be added to the lease (all paid directly to leasing office). The office will run a credit and background check and determine approval.
