Street parking available (but not guaranteed in front of the house). month lease preferred, year lease considered.

The property manager (male, ) lives on the main floor and works at USU. He enjoys beer, backcountry skiing, mountain biking and playing on rivers. Upstairs tenant (male, ) is an OPDD student at USU and has a yellow lab. Applicants will be "screened" for living compatibility. All gender identities welcome. Must have your shit together, be very cleantidy and have a fully developed prefrontal cortex (+). Single occupant (one person) and one dog max only. NO MINORS, KIDS OR CATS.
